Improvement - do not change. In an emergency I saw Dr Sindall - not one I had consulted before, very very good - brilliant. Very clear, helpful explanation of what had happened to my hearing episode - very reassuring given the severe scare I had suffered. Although good one/clear explanation was discussed with humour at both sides that helped me into the discussion - gave me confidence not to worry and great confidence in Dr Sindall with any future consultation.

My appointment time and the time I was called were almost the same - very little delay. My doctor listened carefully to my problem, and although she thought she had an answer was able to get a second opinion from another in the surgery almost immediately. I was in and out in the 10 mins. standard. The recommended treatment worked fine, and the problem has gone. Many thanks to all - reception and doctors. Previously I've come for the standard flu jab, which again is administered on time very fast with charming nurses.
